This page outlines the key policies that apply when you shop with Triply, including our return and refund policy and our privacy practices.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • To start a return, email us at realmikael2k@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal care products) may not be eligible for return unless defective. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We collect personal information — such as your name, shipping address, email, and payment details — only to process orders and improve your shopping experience. We never sell your personal information.

  • Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers and is not stored on our servers.
  • We may send order updates and, with your consent, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
